Today the dolls had an Interview with Maryellen about Santa Claus.
“So, Maryellen, how does Santa fly to every kid in the world in one-night?” asked Jemmy.
“Well, you said it yourself. He flies and has the help of magic reindeer.”
“Why are you so sure he is real?”
“Because this is his hat.” Maryellen holds up Santa’s hat proudly.
“But nobody loves us as much as God does.”
“Well, he is loyal to God.” She paused. “And I have proof, but I am not ready to show it yet.”
“How does Santa know if you’re asleep or awake?”
“Ho, ho, ho, I can answer that,” said a voice behind them.
The dolls turned around and saw Santa Claus, standing behind them.
“Ho, ho, ho, Maryellen, do you have my hat?” he asked.
“Yes, I do,” said Maryellen.
Stunned, Josefina asked, “Would you like to have some milk and cookies?”
Out of her daze, Jemmy started to pepper him with questions.
“Are you the proof that Maryellen was talking about?”
“Yes, I-” Santa started to speak, but Jemmy cut him off and said, “How do you know who is naughty or nice?”
“Magic🔮🔮🔮🔮,” he said.
The interview went on for a while and all the dolls excitedly chattered on with Santa.
