Missing Maryellen

The dolls got sugared up from last week’s Halloween candy so, we took the dolls to a playground. When we got there, the girls started to bounce off everything!

After they wall bounced, Samantha called out, “Let’s draw with chalk!”
“Great idea,” said Josefina. “How about we draw each other?” The other dolls agreed.
They started playing with chalk. Samantha was the first one to finish followed by Josefina. Maryellen was the last one to finish and happily showed her happy Samantha drawing. All the dolls agreed it was the happiest picture. Maryellen looked horridly at the other girls’ drawings. “Is that me?! How awful!”

Samantha giggled and asked Maryellen, "Is that me?”
“Not anymore it isn’t,” huffed Maryellen.

She stormed off on her scooter while the other dolls didn’t notice.

Samantha and Josefina went climbing...Well, Samantha was climbing. Josefina was having some trouble.
“How do you climb these?” Josefina puffed.

Josefina and Samantha noticed that Maryellen was- -Gone! *Gasp* So, the search began.

A little while later they got tired and stopped to rest. Then they heard a munching sound. “You go that way,” Samantha explained, “and I will this way.”

They went around the rock and found Maryellen with loads of candy. “Maryellen, we have been looking for you,” they cried.
“You guys are mean,” Maryellen cried, “You drew an angry Maryellen... Now I am an angry Maryellen!”

“We’re sorry, I guess we weren't thinking,” said Samantha.
“Hugs,” said Josefina hugging Maryellen. “We love you.”
“I forgive you, girls,” said Maryellen. “Now, after all that sugar I want to play on the playground some more. Let’s go!”

So, they played a little more until it got too hot, so they decided to leave and go home. See you next time!
